This year’s festival season brings two exciting headline events – the Community Arts Fair on June 21st and Music at the Monument on June 27th – plus a whole host of performances and activities happening throughout the town.

Celebrate local talent with a vibrant mix of music, dance, and community spirit. From school choirs and street dance crews to solo artists and rock bands, enjoy performances from favourites like Redz Urban Dance, Stagecoach Weybridge, and Martin Paul Cuthew. It's an uplifting, family-friendly day of entertainment not to be missed!

​WEYBRIDGE COMMUNITY ART FAIR – June 21st.
Manby Lodge Choir - 11:30am
The Manby Lodge Choir is made up of a Group of Year 2 children, and for most, it is their first time ever singing in a choir. They have enjoyed learning a range of different songs over the last few months, including “Consider Yourself” from Oliver and “Here Comes the Sun” by the Beatles.

St George’s Junior School Choir (Years 3 & 4) - 11:45am
St George’s Junior School Choir will perform a varied repertoire ranging from “On My Way” (Phil Collins), to traditional folk songs and much more.
​
The school has a busy music department running 16 ensembles each week, including a Key Stage 1 choir, a Junior Choir (Years 3 & 4), Senior Choir and Chamber Choir (Years 5 & 6). The Junior Choir has performed several times this year in school concerts and services, and choral workshops in local schools. The children have enjoyed preparing for the Fair and are delighted to be able to share their enjoyment of singing with everyone.
Redz Urban Dance School - 12:20pm
We have 4 crews performing: Redz Rizers 10 & unders, Redz Remix 12 & unders, Redz Royale 14 & unders, and Redz Regent 16 & unders. Soon to launch is our under 8 crew, Redz Rascals who will also be performing, as well as our Redz dance class at St Charles Borromeo school.

Redz is the largest, most successful street dance school in North Surrey. Home to 3 x British Champions, Redz provides the highest standard of training in all styles of street dance.
​
The school, led by Nova Falconer and award winning crew choreographer Ryan Nembhard, strive to provide a nurturing, caring and supportive environment where all the children can flourish working together as a team. They build confidence and give the dancers a platform to shine. Redz is more than just a dance school, they are a family where all is welcome.
St James CofE Primary School Choir - 12:45pm
The choir rehearses on a weekly basis and enjoy singing musical theatre, pop and uplifting songs. At the festival they will perform a selection of their favourite songs for everyone to enjoy.
Weybridge Male Voice Choir - 1:15pm
Weybridge Male Voice choir will be singing a mixture of trad, pop, shanties and sing-alongs! You may even hear a Taylor Swift/Tina Turner rendition! They are an un-auditioned male voice choir, of some 50 men, that rehearses every Tuesday evening in St. James Parish centre, just across the car park! The music they sing has that unique spine tingling harmony special to male voice singing. Their aim is to entertain audiences, while supporting the local community with charitable performances. Cleves School Musicians - 1:45pm
We will be serenaded by a performance from promising young musicians combining both the Ukulele Group and Year 6s from
Cleves Senior Choir. They will perform a range of songs with the ukulele group accompanying the singers - what incredible talent!

Cleves is known for its excellent music provision and inclusive approach to learning a musical instrument and singing together. There are three choirs at Cleves involving over 250 children along with several musical clubs for children to learn an instrument and perform in concert. They are really excited to be performing at the fair today and ask you to join in if you know the song!
Mark Warner in Full Swing - 2:50pm
On stage and in movies, the Rat Pack was the epitome of mid-20th-century celebrity and a bygone era of glitz and glamour. Mark Warner in Full Swing takes us back to early 1960s Vegas nights, with a fitting tribute to the music of Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis Jr., Dean Martin, and guests performing at the famous Sands Hotel and Casino.

Mark performs hit after hit, including Witchcraft, The Lady Is A Tramp, Mr Bojangles, I’ve Got You Under My Skin, That’s Amore, and New York, New York. He has been performing in bands and as a solo artist for over 25 years, and always delivers an authentic and immersive experience.
Stagecoach Weybridge - 3:20pm
The students will be performing a mixture of numbers they learnt this term, including a Beatles Medley performed at the Regents Park Open Air Theatre, and a Wicked Medley performed at the ICONIC 02 in March.

Our weekly sessions are designed to develop well-rounded performers, with many of our students going on to audition for – and star in – West End shows. We also offer one-to-one lessons and advanced training for those looking to take their skills to the next level. For students interested in formal recognition, we provide expert coaching in LAMDA, giving them the opportunity to gain valuable performance qualifications.

Outside of term time, our ever-popular holiday workshops give children a chance to express themselves, make new friends, and perform in a fun and supportive environment. As Weybridge’s only OFSTED-registered performing arts school, we are proud to accept tax-free childcare payments, making it easier for families to access our exceptional training.

Martin Paul Cuthew - 3:50pm
Martin Paul Cuthew is a seasoned singer/guitarist and songwriter with over 20 years and 500 gigs worth of experience, performing all over London and the South-East, including the famous Half Moon Putney and Dublin Castle Camden, as well as the Greenbelt festival. He will be performing a mix of original songs and pop/rock covers.
​
Martin’s influences range from Metallica, Smashing Pumpkins, Biffy Clyro to Pink Floyd, Oasis, Coldplay, and have shaped his soulful pop-rock sound. His debut EP ‘Erosion & Evolution’ was acclaimed by KMS Reviews as an “outstanding emotional work”, blending introspective lyrics with vibrant sonic textures. While maintaining a presence in South-East England’s live music scene, Martin is building an audience with his “Acoustic Sessions” YouTube series, and is set to release 2 new songs this summer alongside working on a full album of original material.

Midnight Sun (rock) - 4:30pm
Midnight Sun are a Surrey-based rock band featuring Martina Lopez on lead vocals. Martina, who also provides keyboards, is backed by Graham Carlton (lead guitar and vocals), Sonya Davies (rhythm guitar), Anne Elkington (drums) and Rob Ellis (bass). The band have featured in the last two Weybridge Fairs and are delighted to be appearing for a third year. They will be offering a thirty-minute set comprising a mix of upbeat rock and pop covers.

Surrey-based acoustic duo To The River will close out this year’s show. A versatile duo with great harmonies, they will round off a perfect day!

Rock Choir - 6:05pm
Rock Choir Will kick the evening off with a range of well-known pop and rock favourites. Rock Choir is the UK’s original award winning contemporary choir experience. No auditions and no experience or musical knowledge needed. It’s all about singing, fun, community, friendship and life-changing experiences! Performing a range of well known pop and rock favourites our performances are always a hit with the whole family! Weybridge Rock Choir rehearse every Tuesday evening at 8pm at Cleves School and every Wednesday morning at 10am at North West Surrey Synagogue. Weybridge Salsa - 7:10pm
Get ready to move! Weybridge Salsa will teach us how to salsa in a fun and uplifting session. WeyBridge Salsa offers salsa classes and events in and around Weybridge. Salsa is a fun and uplifting social dance that benefits both body and soul. While learning an addictive partner dance, improving coordination, fitness and developing musicality, students also benefit from the social element of it. Weybridge Salsa is committed to create and nurture an inclusive salsa community, where leaders and followers are taught properly and in a professional way, without losing the warmth and fun that this latin dance brings to the spirit.

Goldsworth Gerry - 8pm
Closing out the evening, Goldsowrth Gerry will bring us an hour of our favourite pop and rock bangers!
Goldsworth Gerry is a dynamic Pop/Rock/Indie covers duo from Woking, Surrey, consisting of Martin Cuthew (guitar/vocals) and Stuart Picton (keyboard/backing vocals). Since forming in the summer of 2016, they have established themselves as one of the most highly rated and in-demand acts in the South East, having played over 400 gigs at numerous venues and functions throughout the area.
With a commitment to top-class musicianship, Goldsworth Gerry deliver an electrifying performance filled with covers of beloved anthems spanning the 70s, 80s, 90s, and 00s. From iconic tunes by A-ha, The Killers, Bon Jovi and Oasis to timeless classics from The Beatles, Eagles and Fleetwood Mac, they ensure a diverse and crowd-pleasing setlist.
